1. PRODUCT INFORMATION

2. DELIVERY
>> Is there an extra charge for postage and packing?
We have a flat charge of £7.50 to cover the cost of packing and delivering your print.
>> How long will delivery take?
All our prints are produced to order and then hand checked for quality. Normally this means we dispatch unframed prints within 5 working days of receiving your order and framed prints within 8 working days.
Prints are then sent using Parcel Force’s two day service.
Unfortunately we are unable to gurantee exact delivery time scales but if your print is likely to take considerably longer than these times we will contact you to provide an estimated delivery time. If this is too long you will be able to cancel your order. Alternatively, please contact us to gain an estimated delivery time prior to ordering.
>> What happens if no one is at the address when my print is delivered?
Parcel Force will leave a note explaining that they tried to deliver the print.
They will then automatically try to deliver your print the next working day.
Alternatively the note will explain other options for having the print delivered including: collecting it from their depot, collecting it from a Post Office branch or having it redelivered to an alternative address.
If after 16 days Parcel Force have not been able to deliver your print they will return it to us.
>> Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Unfortunately not at the present time.
3. MONEY BACK GUARANTEE AND RETURNS
>> Can I return my prints if I decide I do not want them?
Yes. We offer a no quibble 14 day money back guarantee.
If after receiving your print(s) you decide you no longer want them (for whatever reason) simply contact us within 14 days of receiving them. We will then provide a return address for you to post the print(s) to. Once we receive the returned print(s) we will issue you with a full refund.
>> How long will it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive delivery of your returned prints we will refund your payment within 14 days.
>> What if my prints arrive damaged in transit?
In the unlikely event that your print arrives damaged, simply contact us and we will arrange for Parcel Force to collect them from you.
Once we receive the returned print we will send a replacement to you. You will not be charged any extra delivery costs.
>> What if my prints are lost in the post?
In the unlikely event that your print is lost in transit, simply contact us and providing Parcel Force verify that the print has not been delivered we will send a replacement to you. You will not be charged any extra delivery costs.
4. PRIVACY
>> How secure is the online payment process?
For your added confidence and security we use PayPal to process your payment. Your payment is processed directly between yourself and PayPal using their cutting edge security procedures. PayPal then forward your payment to us.

>> Do you receive or store any of my credit or debit card details?
No. As your payment is processed by PayPal we never receive any of your credit or debit card details.
>> How will the contact and address details I provide when ordering be used?
These will be used by us to fulfil your order and keep you up-to-date with the status of your order.
We may also from time to time send you information about Studio Door, although you can at any time request not to receive this.
We will not pass your details on to any third party.
